Faye started her career in the N.H.S. but soon graduated into private practice. As a private practitioner she worked for a major Chemist company in Oxford and Coventry for 2 years before becoming a fully independent private practitioner in Coventry. She has been in Private practice for over 13 years practising a wide range of Advanced Podiatry. 

She qualified with a 1st class Honours Degree from the University of Central England, Birmingham, in 1999. A year later she published her first article on foot implants in a professional journal. In 2002, she completed a Masters Degree in Podiatry and Education at the University of Brighton. Being extensively involved in the undergraduate curriculum she also obtained a certificate in Education. In 2006 she completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Business Management and furthered her qualification by attending a Diploma in Management Studies at Leicester De Montford University in 2011.

Her special interest is in the mechanical function of the foot (biomechanics) and foot supports / orthoses. Throughout her career, she has attended various courses on advanced biomechanics and sports injuries. She has worked as part of a multidisciplinary team, including G.P.s, nurses, physiotherapists, osteopaths, surgeons and other clinicians.

With her wealth of experience, she brings a much needed qualified Podiatrist right into the heart of Hinckley town centre and aims to provide high quality service to Hinckley and all the neighboring villages.
